These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing it you agree to them. They are separate from the written proposal and agreement we sign if we work together on a project.
About this site
This is the portfolio and business site of Kinga Jamtsho, a freelance web designer and developer based in Thimphu, Bhutan. You can reach me at connect@freelancingwithkinga.com.
Prices and services
Prices on this site are starting points to help you plan. The final price, scope and timeline for your project are set out in a written proposal, and work only begins once we have both agreed to it.
Portfolio work
Websites, screenshots and logos shown in my work and case studies belong to the clients they were made for. They appear here as examples of my work. Please don’t copy or reuse them.
Free resources
You are welcome to download the free checklists, templates and guides and use them for your own projects and your clients’ projects. Please don’t sell them or republish them as your own.
Everything else on the site
The writing, design and images on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. Short quotes with a link back are always fine; for anything more, just ask.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as Upwork, Fiverr, Cal.com and clients’ live sites. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content.
No guarantees
I keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not professional advice for your particular situation. The site is provided as it is, and I can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Privacy
How this site handles your information is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
